UT Southwestern Medical Center at RedBird delivers critical infusion services to cancer and non-cancer adult patients.

We offer a full spectrum of leading-edge infusion therapies – including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, IVIG (intravenous immunoglobulins), iron, Remicade, and more.

Treatments for Cancer Patients

At the RedBird infusion center, our cancer patients receive the highest level of care from oncology-certified nurses from UTSW’s Harold C. Simmons Comprehensive Cancer Center, the only NCI-designated cancer center in North Texas.

Advanced Care for Non-Cancerous Conditions

The outpatient center also offers comprehensive transfusion services to non-cancer patients, such as IV hydration, IV antibiotic therapy, and headache treatment protocols, as well as treatments for conditions such as:

State-of-the-Art Care Combined with Convenience

The RedBird infusion center provides patients with the highest level of comfort and convenience, including multiple private infusion suites with TVs, onsite pharmacy and lab tests, and a refreshment area with beverages and light snacks. Additionally, patients are welcome to bring food and beverages with them to their appointments, as well as mobile devices such as phones and iPads.

If it's necessary to cancel your appointment, please notify the clinic at least 24 hours in advance so we can accommodate others waiting to schedule an appointment.

  • Have any changes to your medications or your health condition.
  • Are running a fever, have flu-like symptoms, or are otherwise ill.
  • Have had a vaccination within one week of your scheduled infusion.
