UT Southwestern Medical Center’s radiology service is dynamic and innovative, with a commitment to remain in the forefront of new developments and clinical applications in today’s changing field of medical imaging.
Our mission is to achieve the highest standard of patient care. Each year, our radiology team performs more than 800,000 inpatient and outpatient exams. Not only do we offer a wide array of standard imaging exams, we also specialize in advanced technologies not available at other medical facilities including our own positron-emission tomography (PET) facility, where our specialists can conduct whole-body scans or organ scans for the early detection of cancer or to diagnose a variety of neurological and psychiatric conditions.
From our mobile mammography unit to our Vascular and Interventional Imaging Program, we offer a full complement of state-of-the-art radiology services for patients with simple or complex medical conditions.
