Who We Are

With the opening of the Clinical Center at Park Cities, UT Southwestern Medical Center now provides convenient, world-class care to women in the Park Cities, Preston Hollow, and North Dallas.

For more than 50 years, UT Southwestern’s Obstetrics and Gynecology program has been recognized for its contributions to women’s health care and its commitment to the compassionate delivery of quality health care to all patients. Our physicians approach women’s health as a partnership, embracing the unique needs of each patient.

Our Services

The Park Cities Ob/Gyn Clinic is a full-service practice, treating the full range of obstetric and gynecologic conditions.

Our on-site services include:

  • Annual gynecology exams, including PAP
  • Contraceptive management
  • High-risk pregnancy care
  • Pregnancy management and prenatal care
  • Treatment of complex gynecologic problems such as pelvic infections, endometriosis, irregular bleeding
  • Treatment and management of menopausal symptoms

When needed, our physicians can make referrals to UT Southwestern specialists in Fertility and Reproductive MedicineUT Southwestern Simmons Cancer Center (breast cancer and gynecologic cancer), Urogynecology and Pelvic Floor Disorders, and other specialties.

Meet Our Doctors

No matter your age or stage in life, the obstetricians and gynecologists of UT Southwestern’s Clinical Center at Park Cities are dedicated to your health, providing you with individualized care and the latest treatment options – all in a welcoming environment.

Thomas Hyslop, M.D., from UT Southwestern's Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a long-time Ob/Gyn practitioner in the Metroplex, has moved his office to the new Clinical Center in the Park Cities. Dr. Hyslop treats patients experiencing both routine and high-risk pregnancies and provides evaluation and treatment for an array of gynecologic disorders, including those requiring surgery.

LaTasha Jarrett, M.D., is an Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at UT Southwestern, whose clinical interests include the full range of gynecological issues women face throughout their lives, as well as gynecologic cancer. Dr. Jarrett also provides obstetrical and prenatal care and minimally invasive surgery.

Together, Drs. Hyslop and Jarrett provide the expertise and compassion that have made UT Southwestern one of the top medical centers in the nation.
