Monika Sanghavi, M.D., is a clinical cardiologist with a keen interest in women’s cardiovascular health. She is originally from Oregon, where she received her initial medical training at Oregon Health & Science University. She completed her residency training at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and subsequently moved to Dallas for fellowship at UTSW where she was Chief Cardiology Fellow.
Her other interest is leadership development for trainees. She is the founder of the Women in Internal Medicine group which is designed to foster leadership skills and interest in internal medicine residents and fellows.
