Who We Are

The UT Southwestern Clinical Center Richardson/Plano – Family Medicine Clinic provides care for families and individuals of all ages, from wellness education, immunizations, and screenings to acute and chronic disease management. We offer full-service laboratory and imaging services, and if specialty care is needed, our physicians will provide a referral while continuing to manage your overall care.

Introducing Dr. Mohita Patel

Mohita Patel, M.D., Family Medicine specialist, is now scheduling new patients at UT Southwestern’s Clinical Center at Richardson/Plano – Family Medicine Clinic.

A native of Austin, Dr. Patel sees patients of every age for preventive care, immunizations and screenings, physicals, acute illness and injury, and chronic disease management.

Dr. Patel is fluent in Gujarati and Spanish, and her special clinical interests include diabetes management, pediatric care, and women’s health.
