University Hospital Kidney & Liver Transplant Clinic

The Kidney and Liver Transplant Clinic at UT Southwestern Medical Center cares for patients with advanced chronic kidney disease and end-stage renal and liver failure in a hospital-based outpatient setting. The clinic provides care and consultation for chronic kidney disease, liver failure, hepatobiliary surgery, vascular access, and interventional radiology.

Who We Are

Patients who may be eligible for a transplant benefit from a multi-disciplinary approach that includes a team of transplant surgeons, nephrologists, endocrinologists, and immunologists as well as a social worker, dietician, pharmacist, financial coordinator, and transplant nurse coordinator.
