The University Hospital Radiology Clinic (UHRC) at UT Southwestern Medical Center offers initial consultation and follow-up care for patients referred for specialized minimally invasive image-guided procedures. Some procedures may be performed in the clinic.

The UHRC team includes radiologists and physician assistants with specialized training in all disciplines of interventional and diagnostic radiology, including vascular interventional radiology, musculoskeletal radiology, neurointerventional radiology, prostate interventions, and nuclear medicine.

Our dedication to expert, compassionate care makes a difference in the consultations, evaluations, and image-guided treatments we provide.

Who We Are

Our radiologists are renowned for their expertise in diagnosing and treating highly complex cases using innovative, noninvasive, and minimally invasive image-guided approaches.

Our goal is to provide an experience that will exceed patients' expectations and to partner with their referring providers to optimize outcomes.

Clinical Care

The UHRC team offers patient consultations both in-person at the clinic and through telehealth visits for a variety of conditions that are treated using image-guided approaches. Additionally, we deliver the best in nonsurgical specialty care by bringing together proven clinical expertise and the latest technologies.

Our image-guided, less-invasive options enable us to treat many conditions while providing patients minimal discomfort and significantly reduced recovery time.

"Our expert team is dedicated to providing the highest-quality diagnostic imaging and nonsurgical treatments to help you reclaim your quality of life. If you need advanced subspecialty or complex multidisciplinary care, we will coordinate with our colleagues across our networks to ensure the best possible outcome."

Preparing for Your Appointment

We offer both in-person and telehealth visits. Your visit will be customized with your provider.

For in-person visits, please bring the following items:

  • Current insurance card
  • Previous imaging exams not performed at UT Southwestern
  • Current medications or list of medications
  • Completed paperwork, if you received forms before the visit
  • Method of payment

We recommend patients sign up with MyChart, which allows patients to communicate directly with doctors, request prescription refills, update contact information, view test results, and request clinic appointments. Sign in or sign up for MyChart.

To ensure a seamless patient experience, the building houses a patient service center where blood can be drawn for any lab tests that might be ordered at the appointment.

Canceling an Appointment

If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify the clinic at least 48 hours in advance so that we can accommodate other patients waiting to schedule an appointment.
