The Diabetes Management Program at UT Southwestern Medical Center offers a wide variety of educational programs for people with diabetes. Group and individual appointments are available Monday through Friday.

A physician’s referral is needed to participate in the program. The referring physician will receive documentation detailing your progress. Insurance benefits will be verified prior to scheduling.
